A new report investigation from a local school district found that Suchir may indeed be the cookie monster. He turns green at night, leaving his bedroom and sneaking out of his house undetected. Witnesses say he was urinating in the middle of the street and consuming cookie matter. A police officer confirmed saying, "I can't deny it."
