After receiving multiple lawsuits and complaints over issues about child safety in the platform, Discord CEO Jason Citron announced his resignation. One discord user said, "It is a very bad new indeed. I don't really want to use other platforms such as Tik tok!"
Citron said in his last interview that discord will be shutdown on 2022 April 30th. We will never forget discord and how much it impacted our lives.
