Breaking news from Castle Rock, Colorodo. Beloved Chinese takeout restaurant Chris Lagace's Oriental Diner has been shut down by the health board. During a routine inspection of the restaurant, a health inspector would enter a closet, only to find 3 caged dogs. In the same room, he also found multiple pounds of dog meat. Imminently the restaurant was shut down, all patrons were forced out of the building, while the police were being called.
Restaurant owner, Chris Lagace, 33, is currently in police custody on multiple charges of animal cruelty.
