A middle aged man residing in Randolph, New Jersey is being investigated for skinny dipping in his jacuzzi and walking around his patio unclothed. Neighbors started complaining and Putting there curtains up in fear there young children would see this man fully nude. Speaking to a neighbor that wanted to be kept anonymous. He said” this man walks around his backyard and goes into his jacuzzi fully naked with his junk hanging , having full disregard for the neighbors and the community that is around him , he doesn’t live in jungle but a very family oriented community” the neighbor said. Another neighbor said “ it is discusting and uncomfortable to see everynight “ anyone with any more information please contact your local authorities.
