Due to an overload of servers, Roblox will shut down on April 20, 2020. “It is unfortunate that it had to end this way.” says a Roblox developer. “We became too popular, and we paid the price.” The remaining robux left on people’s accounts will be refunded. “We are sorry to see it go, but it had to happen. Thank you all for the support over the years!” says the CEO of Roblox.
