Mayor Bill de Blasio has confirmed today that all NYC Schools will stay closed until September Due to the Outbreak. “ I don’t see this getting any better, to many people are getting sick and If we decide to open up schools that will only make it worse we have to practice social distancing in order to get better please”. The Mayor Said. Many people are shocked over the decision after Richard Carranza, Chancellor of the New York City Department of Education said that schools should be back open April 20 because “ kids are immune to stuff like sicknesses and they’ll get over it don’t worry about that stuff” Governor Cuomo said these were idiotic statements “ Because even though kids could be immune to it which their not they can pass it to the elderly and cause a lot of damage so honestly I don’t think he was looking far into the picture”.
