Continúa la investigación de lo acontecido la noche de fiestas de Valladolid en septiembre de 2009 cuando, según la Dra. del Val "los preadolescentes CHM y PCM se adentraron en la noche más oscura, con la excusa de la búsqueda de refrigerio para la bebida, para dar rienda suelta a sus más calenturientas pasiones".
Otras investigaciones más heterodoxas llevadas a cabo por la Dra. Bruña y Esteban respectivamente apuntan a que solo se trató de una búsqueda infructuosa de hielo con pequeños piquitos traviesos.
