El sgto. alega que mientras el conducia el agte Lombardi le todaba sus partes privadas y le decia y cito: Sgto. dejeme comerme todo eso que yo le garantizo que nadie se va a enterar. El Sgto presento la querella indicando que ya varios sargentos le habian manifestado que el agte Lombardi habia hecho lo mismo con ellos. Este caso esta pendiente a ser investigado.
