Recent research shows that living to a refinery is one f the most dangerous things to do, the research was conducted at fawley refinery on the south coast, it is the largest refinery in Britain and due to the large scale of it, a single incident, such as a fire, can prove fatal and can release poisonous gas or if it is near the ships, cause a deadly explosion destroying the whole of Hampshire and the new forest.
