Scientists at Tokyo University have just released the results of a multi-year, multi-jurisdictional study, which has reached the surprising conclusion that the best sushi in the world is officially Scottish! Even more unexpectedly Japan, seen as the home of quality sushi, came in a disappointing 32nd place in the international study, trailing France, the US and even Latvia.
