It is commonly unstoppable by the Police Force as it all takes place online, and can rarely be tracked back. Many infamous fraudulent pages for example, HalfPriceShop, Kebsz, Crime Pays utilise their viewership and following in order to find people to help them with fraud, usually called 'holders'. On that note, be cautious when going on Snapchat, and be wary on what you get yourself into.
