As incredible as it sounds, the Spanish Royal Family has put forward this staggering proposal owing to the difficulties through which many African immigrants go when it comes to learning Cervantes' language. After several months of secret discussion and deliberation in the Spanish Parliament, the members of the legislative Power have decided to accept the King's proposal and put it in practice as soon as possible, that being from 2019 forwards. Which has not been completely clarified to the press yet is what language is to be its substitute. According to the "Institución para Estudios Lingüisticos" the ruling linguistic institution in Spain, a few of the many languages proposed were: Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Finnish, being the last one the most likely to be chosen in the opinion of Elisa Fuentes, director of the aformentioned institution.
