The Barrington Hills Police Department says Officer Torres of the Cook County Forest Preserve Police Dept. Was seen Friday in the area of Route 62 and Old Sutton Rd. Riding a bull and then let the bull loose.
The public is advised to not approach the bull if it's spotted.
Chief Odum was notified of the situation and says she will talk to Torres on Monday.
Torres has also been known to leave gates unlocked, not render aid to people who are in need and recently has left a small kitten in a box to suffocate and die.
Torres co-workers have described him to be a piece of shit officer.
Residents should call 911 immediately if they see the bull, police said.
