Upon the awaited reopening of the Chemistry and Physics building on University of Kentucky's campus, many speculate whether Einstein Bros. Bagels will be opening back up. Campus Dining has just announced that, in order to partner with more local restaurants, North Lime Coffee and Donuts will be replacing the former bagel shop in the coming months.
