DaBaby has been cleared of charges in connection to a first-degree murder charge stemming from when he shot and killed Jalyn Craig. On Sunday (December 19), a North Carolina judge revealed DaBaby, born Jonathan Kirk, who was facing charges of carrying a concealed firearm, had the charges dropped. The Interscope rapper was the only person who had been charged in the killing, which took the life of 19-year-old Jalyn Craig. He is now headed to Florida to fight a accessory to second-degree murder charge when 2 of his associates caused a shootout on Miami Beach.
