The hacker collective known as Ghost Emperor is back in the news again. Recently 30 members of Ghost Emperor were apprehended in the United States and China on charges of fraud, human trafficking, money laundering, and hacking. Their leader, known as Kusakabe and Samael and Azuma and Wei Jiang, is still actively sought by investigators. If this hypothesis is true then the many sensitive hacked government files could be a major asset for Korea.
