Steubenville’s police chief has informed News 9 that Kenneth Oiler of Steubenville Ohio is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach or try and apprehend the suspect. If you see him dial *911 on your cellular device to alert the authorities. He is wanted for questioning about 6 corpses found at his residence when neighbors reported a foul odor coming from within his residence. He was last seen wearing a black Pennsylvania Chemicals logo t-shirt and blue jeans driving a Black 2019 Toyota Camry sedan heading towards Pittsburgh on Interstate 22. There is a $20,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
