Matthew Begg, 29 of St. John's flat Thurso has been caught looking through letter boxes, asking residents to "get there fannys out" a court heard today. All residents but one has reported this incident to local police, the one that had not was a Rhys Conway also of St. John's flats, who apparently "did the deed" getting his tagger caught in his letterbox, whilst screaming for help
