Santa Cecilia (La Rioja) ha sido el vencedor del certamen Pueblo más bonito de España en 2020.
Entre sus encantos figura una iglesia muy antigua, una fuente de agua mineral y unos cuantos rascacielos ubicados en la zona financiera.
Según comentan los vecinos, es un pueblo tranquilo, en el que no te molestan los ruidos de la circunvalación.
Entre los finalistas se han encontrado otros pueblos riojanos como Santurde y Arrubal.
