Moses Jamal Baisley, 17, was arrested Tuesday in Bronx, NY this morning following a claim sent from the popular chat-and-game platform 'Discord'.
According to police reports obtained by PIX-11 exclusively, Baisley was engaged in a cyber-bullying "doxing" ring, in which personal information on another teen was released publicly, including addresses, phone numbers, and as well as obscure images.
Police commissioner Joseph Whitman had this to say;
"I am aware of all the confusion that has been caused by this unique situation, we will handle this situation as a serious crime and will seek proper persecution in this array"
