Richard 31 was seen running down the Ballyhenry Road in Glengormley with nothing but a pair of socks on. Multiple reports where made from shocked members of the public. Louise 46 said " I near crashed my car, I have never seen anything like it in my life, i was in complete shock".
Another member of the public who wishes not to be named said " I couldn't believe my eyes, I was out for my daily walk when I saw the naked man. I had my daughter with me and I just thought it was totally unacceptable". " It was in broad daylight"
When we approached Richard he added " I was in bed sick with the flu, my 3 cavapoos had escaped out the front door and my first thought was to run after them". " Yes I only had a pair of socks on, but those dogs are my life, I wouldn't have forgive myself if anything had happened to them, so if a few people had to see me naked then so be it. I would say those people where pretty lucky".
Richard is due in court in May to see if he will be fined.
