For the third year in a row, Joel Wollenberg, an alternative program teacher in the Vancouver School District, has won the prestigious Prime Minister's Teaching Award. Along with the honor of winning the award, Mr. Wollenberg will be flown out to Ottawa to have dinner with PM Justin Trudeau. Two students, who have yet to be picked, will also be joining the acclaimed teacher for the journey.
