The New York Mets have agreed to a trade with the Chicago Cubs. The New York Mets traded away 3rd baseman J.D Davis 3rd Baseman Todd Frazier and 2nd Baseman Robinson Cano they also gave the Chicago Cubs a minor league prospect. In return the Chicago Cubs gave the New York Mets 3rd Baseman Kris Bryant and Relief Pitcher Tyler Chatwood.
