La zona céntrica en calle Santa Fe de la ciudad de San Juan se vio conmocionada por el desnudo total de un travesti en plena vía pública y tuvo que intervenir la policía en un operativo en el que resultó detenida una persona de nombre Luis Llabra, nativo de la prov. de Tucumán.
El mismo dijo desempeñarse como ingeniero en la Obra "Emprendimiento Hidroeléctrico el Tambolar" y en sus ratos libres ejerce el trasvestismo aunque no lo haría por dinero, solo por placer.
