Tras el pasado Enero 16 del 2019 la demanda hacia la menor Karenys J Montijo Serrano por acusar de ser ella la agresora cambia la situación, al haber declarado un estado de investigación administrativo los chicos se declaran culpables por hacerle bullying a sus compañeros y informan que la niña solo “defendió a los demás” esto se les acusó ya al dar en práctica los abusos, también se dice que la chica los ayudó por ser victimas del “racismo y o la homofobia”. La agresora sale libre tras acusaciones falsas.
