Officers were called to an apartment in Pine Grove around 6 p.m. Thursday to investigate a possible homicide that may have happened Wednesday.
Police said officers found "The Leader of Crackheads" dead inside an apartment from apparent 485 gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Diamond "Bye Felicia" King.
Detectives said Walter is a Big Black Gorilla, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 350 pounds. He has black hair, facial hair, and brown eyes.
Orange county police are asking for the public's help to find a person of interest in a homicide that happened Wednesday.
Authorities are searching for 29, Walter Harmon, who police said should be considered armed and dangerous.
