Governor Newsom made the announcement on his latest press conference (12/5/20 11 PM PST) that any county in what he calls the “caution zone” will have a full lockdown of any business, school, restaurant, gym, and everything else besides grocery stores. He also created a relief program where anyone who makes under $100,000 a year will be entitled to $5,000.
