The tornado was happening at 2 o'clock in Manila , Philippines Filipinos are still not sure what places were damaged of the wind maybe Palawan puerto Princesa city or Baguio cathedral in Baguio city there's no idea what some videos of the tornado were filmed in an account of Facebook it was like the war of the worlds movie it was a tornado???
