First, CEO Susan Wojcicki told the people of YouTube that YouTube Ultra will be developed in August 2022, but COPPA will be shutting down old YouTube on March 6, 2023. By the time, COPPA will treat all kid-friendly videos and shutting down YouTube as well. So YouTube Ultra will be upgraded and launched in March 6, 2023.
