A man living inAtlanta,Ga is one of three individuals charged over a major US Patenting office hack, according to the US Department of Justice.

Georgia authorities filed felony charges against J.Strickland 56.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) confirmed it had searched a property in Atlanta with police on Friday. Strickland used his computer skills to hack the US office, apparently to add his new product to the long list of pending patents to include his new product “The Dozo “ to be filed sooner. He spent weeks in the company's system, breaking into security networks and changing personal data, the documents said.
The nine-count indictment also accuses the group of stealing trade secrets including data compilation and database designs.
A teenager in Tampa and Nima Fazeli, 22, of Orlando, were also charged in Florida.
US Attorney David L Anderson said the arrests proved "nefarious hacking... for profit" did not pay off.

He added: "Criminal conduct over the Internet may feel stealthy to the people who perpetrate it, but there is nothing stealthy about it. In particular, I want to say to would-be offenders, break the law, and we will find you."
