13 teen year old Ashley Phillip was arrested while trying to get food the report on her arrest states that she had went downtown to see her mom when the cops had thought that her father had drugs in the vehicle they shot him after he told her it would be okay he is now in the hospital awaiting surgery but Ashley had grab his gun and shot both cops one of them had already call for back up before hand when more showed up she then shot them she was shot in the leg 4 times she can't go to juvie anymore she has been there more than twice
