Mansfield University located in Northern PA announces plans to close down its campus this fall due to concerns surrounding COVID-19. After previously deciding to remain open for the fall semester with minor changes to their academic schedule, the university has decided to hold its class offerings completely online this semester. Mansfield's president, Dr. Patterson commented on the decision "After reconsidering our previous decision, we took into account the safety and livelihood of our students and realized that it would keep them the most out of harm's way to remain home."
