On March 27, 2020, reports starting going around that Billie Eilish was set to star in a sitcom produced by Nickelodeon. Eilish's production manager, Audra Clemont, has since been quiet about said rumors.

Until now... An official post by Nikelodeon's Twitter account has revealed that the rumors are, indeed, true. Billie Eilish is set to star in a sitcom, but not only that! Abel Tesfaye (aka The Weeknd) is set to costar, along with providing segments of a musical soundtrack. The sitcom, entitled, 'Hair Dye', is said to be a mix of 'Full House' and Ricky Gervais' show 'All I Have Left'. A subsequent Twitter post on April 25th from The Weeknd twitter account reads, 'Pause After Hours. Hair Dye is happening. Deal with it.'

Further details are yet to be released, and production is likely going to have to overcome new stresses brought upon by the recent Coronavirus pandemic. Maybe the show will find comedic ways to incorporate references to the pandemic. We can't imagine it will be easy for Abel or Billie to sing in a mask, but every skill can be learned, and both artists are very talented.

If you're as excited as we are about 'Hair Dye' rumors being confirmed, feel free to share your excitement in the comments below or spread on social media with AbelxBillie.
