David Fernández Mártires,más conocido como Davida Twerk en sus redes sociales, es un influencer toledano que apoya el colectivo LGTBIQ+.
Los hechos se han producido hoy a las 18: 38 en Toledo según el informe policial.
El influencer se habría saltado el confinamiento para ir al hospital ya que,según él, se encontraba mal debido a su embarazo", que le estaba provocando fuertes mareos.
Los agentes no daban crédito y le pidieron que los acompañase a comisaría, a lo que él se opuso y empezó a agredir a los mismos.
David se enfrenta a tres delitos; fingir un embarazo, agredir a un agente y saltarse el confinamiento.
