YG Entertainment has confirmed Kpop boy group BTS’s V and Kpop girl group Blackpink’s Jisoo have had a past romantic relationship. YG ENT released this statement at approximately 12:30 EST. BIGHIT Labels have not yet made an official statement. V and Jisoo have had a dating speculation in 2017 when they were revealed to be MC’ing together at 2017 MAMA Awards in Seoul, South Korea, however both of them had shut down any speculation since then.

Kim Taehyung and Kim Jisoo will not be continuing their relationship as a couple, but as good friends. Many of you have been wondering why Kim Jisoo had been removed from YG’s subsidiary acting label website, due to this current issue, Jisoo will be taking a leave of absence on any idol activity. She will also not be making an appearance on Blackpink’s upcoming comeback.
