Because of the recent pandemic, many people across the globe have been in a pickle regarding their jobs. A lot of jobs require you to be in the office and can not be done from home. This causes many people to not be able to get their pay checks. Gucci, a very popular and expensive clothing brand, will be lowering their prices so they can get more sales.
François Pinault, who owns Kering, the company that owns Gucci, states on his twitter the following.
“Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19, all stores owned by Kering will be lowering their prices to accommodate for the loss of jobs worldwide.”
