Two teenage girls by the names of Lacie Dowling and Tori Adams have been recently caught out in Adamstown at 3 A.M just walking around shouting and laughing. When asked what they were doing one said: “we are starving and are craving spice bags and a can of coke”. Then the two girls walked off and continued being disruptive.
