On Friday March 20, 2020, a Lackawanna County resident was arrested for allegedly urinating in Petsmart in Dickson City. Rebecca Lynne Lampasona, 18, from Scranton is currently locked up in Lackawanna County Prison. Witnesses say Lampasona was barking and creating an unusual disturbance. When confronted by the store manager, Lampasona lifted her leg and began to urinate in the aisle as if she were a dog. She was apprehended by an off duty security guard until police arrived. She is awaiting a psychiatric evaluation.
