Jabba made Leia wear a golden bikini because he likes her. So, he made her his slave and forced her to wear a sexed-up bikini. Jabba called her "my lovely", made them face to face, bellys touching, he even licked her. Gross! I think Jabba was trying to have sex with Leia. He even attached a chain to Leia's neck and held the other end so then his pretty little slave couldn't get away. Even though he's a hutt he was trying to make something with a human (and in this case a very pretty one). So that's that, Gross!
