Grace Moran has been detained for a number of reports of her selling toilet paper throwing down rolls from her bedroom window. Youths would line up before her window and whistle twice to recieve one roll of Andrex. In return she would receive bottles of wine, vodka or cash upfront. Her stash has been siezed and will be sent to the DPP for testing
