Varias personas habían reportado la desaparición de los focos que se ubicaban en el exterior de sus casas, algunos testigos afirman haber visto a un
"negrote" por las noches, cerca de los lugares donde ocurrieron los hechos. Hoy a las 2:14pm varios policías entraron al domicilio de este joven en donde entraron aproximadamente 46 focos que por alguna razón desconocida ya no funcionaban.
