O propio Nego Ney afirmou nesta ultima sexta-feira dia 06/03 de ter mandado retirar a licença de posse de armas do soldado da PMERJ Gabriel, e além disso de ter o afastado de suas atividades externas. O propio Nego Ney afirmou que o soldado estava se metendo nos negocios pessoais dele e que isso era só um aviso, caso ele continue inssistindo onde não deve lhe aguardará o pior.
