Local man charged with indecent exposure. Authorities say when they found Jeff Tucker he was running down Mason Rd with nothing on but a Cleveland Browns helmut. When questioned Mr Tucker showed them a fresh tattoo of Baker Mayfield on his inner thigh. Officers said Baker's hand was gripping Mr Tucker's left testicle like a football.
