Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known as “DaBaby”, is an American rapper and songwriter from Charlotte, North Carolina. He is best known for his singles “Suge” and “Bop”, peaking at numbers seven and eleven respectively on the Billboard Hot 100. He was rushed to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center at 10:17 pm. His alleged killer is Marcus Havenport, who was known to have beef with the rapper. After one of DaBaby shows, Marcus confronted him backstage and shot him with a .48 Caliber Pistol. Witnesses say that there was mutiple people, so it might be related to gang-violence in Charlotte. DaBaby was indeed a blood, which is a famous gang all around the east coast. We still don’t have the full report, but we will inform when we do.
