Al intentar huir después de que oficiales de ProxPol le Marcarán el alto el joven fue detenido y al realizarle un chequeo de rutina se le encontraron 8 envoltorios aparentemente con la droga conocida como "crico" o "Cristal".
El joven fue herido por aparentemente un disparo realizado por el oficial al ver que este intento huir por segunda vez.
El joven quien se hizo llamar Gustavo "Q" dijo vivir en la Col Flores Magon de dicho Municipio.
