Manchester United offered Psg £200 million pounds for Mbappe as they saw an opportunity to snatch Mbappe away from Real Madrid and Barcelona. Reports show that Mbappe would rather have the Man Utd move because he wants gametime and he wants to show how good he is. He has also loved Utd since he was a kid and he wants to show he can do well in even the worst teams. When asked about it in the press he said "I have always supported Utd since 2004 and I want to fix what was once a great club. I want to restore their position as one." So far, it looks like Psg will accept the bid.
