Le chirurgien est un spécialiste qui pratique des interventions chirurgicales (opérations) qui peuvent concerner toutes les parties du corps : tumeurs, fractures, organes défectueux, hémorragies, transplantations, etc. Mais c'est un chirurgien un peu spécial qu'abrite le village de Muttersholtz, un chirurgien menuisier. En effet ce chirurgien manie plus facilement un ciseau a bois qu'un scalpel, sa formation de base étant menuisier ! Un kyste sur la peau ? Un coup de rabot et le tour est joué ! Une fracture ? Un bon coup de maillet en bois et pour replacer tout ça !
