Tonight Ely police and local Dog Wardens arrested a Lenny French for possible abuse of a dog.
It is alleged that he used the dog and peanut butter to get sexual kicks by smearing the peanut butter on his genatalia.
When interviewed he explained the local sheep farmer had banned him since he seen him in his fields wearing only a kilt.
When he was reported to the police for sheep worrying, he said that the sheep looked like they were enjoying it.
