After declarations from the Councilor-Spokesman anger Arean amyntores and governing Blacks in Terra, opposition leaders of the Green Party and the High Ambassador for Andromeda have jumped in the Proteran's defense, sparking up the debate on Terra withdrawing from Council Space. Tensions within Council leadership mount up to a level unseen between Imperion and Thassalia since the Battle of Archylon.
As usual, Council leadership majoritarily lines with the interests of the blue race. After all, the Nassari first operated the Internexus, explored the Mesastral Ocean, and still are objectively hegemonic. And as usual after the Cosmic War, there is a curious dichotomy between the imperial voice of the Councilor-Spokesperson and the soft-spoken words of his apologists, laced with Naari spiritualism. None of these elements welcome the idea of humans favoring human primacy. What comes new is the unabashed frontality of the self-appointed Proteran dictator combined with the total inversion of the Council's signature equidistance rhetoric.
To add to the unrest, the High Ambassador, sworn in to represent the interests of all, seconded the words of the Councilor in defense of Remnant's pretenses to spread the influence of the Hallowed. The Athosi omega hero (or heroine?) was expected by practically everyone in Orion but Gaians to deauthorize the controversial Councilor, but by doing the exact opposite he has fanned the fires for a diplomatic crisis with Terra's Militian Firstman, and invited his party members to resume conversations on human withdrawal from the persistent anti-human sentiment of the Nassari-loving Council Races's club.
The spiritual, Nassari-loving Gaians have, naturally, apologized for both the Remnant and the Ambassador, and been conveniently silent on the fascist honorary Nassari. Has the entire galaxy gone insane? Maybe the Council Races - apparently including one-individual races, and the Gaians - have forgotten the fifth seat was only symbolically meant to be a tie-breaker position, and conceived by the Thassalian government to avoid a pro-human majority in Council - not to abolish human sovereignty in their own territory! This all makes Negean neutrality -true neutrality, not Council neutrality - a miracle.
Seeing the current state of affairs in the intergalactic community, preparing for an infringement upon human sovereignty in Arean territory is no longer far-fetched. Perhaps Firstman Chris Feyer was a visionary joking about the annexation of Terra to the Dragon Worlds. Silverborn, may your lunar excellencies take note.
