Many fans are exited about the upcoming Playstation 5, however not everything is all as it seems.
Sony has been hinting to shutting down Playstation Network servers, meaning Playstation 4 players will soon be unable to play online, and use other features of Playstation Network.
Players using these services soon might be unable to play online, message, and use Playstation Store.
The dates for the shutdown are as follows: 31st December 2020 ability to buy Playstation Plus disabled. 21st May 2021 messaging services discontinued, as well as many features of the Playstation store disabled. 31st December 2021 all online features, other than ones provided 3rd party, discontinued.
